Part-time jaw blogger and refreshing optimist Jennifer underwent jaw surgery on Feb. 3. She has some food suggestions for us:

I got SERIOUS nausea 2 days after leaving the hospital. I needed comfort food but couldn’t get it in! So I blended Wheat Thins with G2 fruit punch. It tasted good, and calmed my stomach.

– Lasagna works awesome in a blender, as does mac & cheese, veggie stir fry, chili…

– I was craving a Kit Kat bar, so I threw that in with milk! I also had cookies and milk that way, haha.

– Mom put her baked salmon in (with onion and herbs), plus mashed potato and carrots,  with some boiled water as well. Tasted great!
